Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: your name, email address, mobile number and password.
  • Business details (optional): your GSTIN, if you choose to provide it for invoicing.
  • Delivery addresses: address lines, city, state, PIN code, and the map location you pin for delivery.
  • Orders and returns: the products you buy, order amounts, payment method, and any return or refund requests.
  • Messages: questions and feedback you send us.

Information from Google or Facebook sign-in

If you choose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook", we receive your name, email address and account identifier from that service, through Google Firebase Authentication. We do not receive your password, friends list, posts or any other information from your Google or Facebook account. We still ask for your mobile number and verify it with a one-time code.

Information collected automatically

  • Device information: if you allow notifications, a device token so we can send you order updates and offers.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser or app version, and log data used for security and to keep the Store working.
  • Cookies and local storage: used to keep you signed in, remember your basket, and (where enabled) measure how the Store is used.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment gateway (CCAvenue). Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on the gateway's secure page. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and verify your mobile number.
  • To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
  • To send order confirmations, delivery updates and one-time passcodes by email, SMS, WhatsApp or push notification.
  • To issue invoices, including your GSTIN where provided.
  • To respond to your questions and resolve complaints.
  • To send offers and announcements, only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
  • To prevent fraud, secure your account and comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Store:

  • Delivery partners: your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
  • Payment gateway (CCAvenue): to process your payment.
  • Messaging providers: MSG91 (SMS and WhatsApp), Amazon Web Services (email) and Google Firebase (push notifications and sign-in).
  • Hosting providers: Amazon Web Services and other providers that store our data securely.
  • Google Maps: to help you find and pin your delivery address.
  • Authorities: when required by law, court order or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, even after your account is deleted. Other information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can:

  • View and update your profile, addresses and contact details from My Account.
  • Opt out of marketing messages at any time.
  • Request a copy of your personal information.
  • Request deletion of your account and personal information. See our Data Deletion page.
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and one-time codes, access controls and secure cloud hosting. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password and one-time codes private.

Children

The Store is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be notified on the Store or by email.
