Data Deletion

You can ask VACH Medicals Private Limited ("DentaireMart") to delete your account and the personal information we hold about you at any time. This includes information we received when you signed in with Google or Facebook.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@dentairemart.com with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address registered on your account, and include:
- Your full name
- The mobile number registered on your account
- Whether you signed in with Google, Facebook, or email/mobile
For your security we may ask you to confirm the request with a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number.
What happens next
- We will confirm that we have received your request within 48 hours.
- Your account will be deleted within 30 days.
- Once deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in, and your saved addresses, wishlist, basket and notification preferences will be removed.
- The link between your account and your Google or Facebook login will be removed.
What we must keep
Indian tax and accounting laws require us to keep records of orders and invoices for a set period. These records are kept securely, used only for legal and accounting purposes, and deleted when that period ends.
Removing our access from Facebook or Google
You can also remove our app's access from your social account at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select DentaireMart → Remove.
- Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → select DentaireMart → Delete all connections.
Removing access stops future sign-ins with that account but does not delete your DentaireMart account. Email us as described above to delete your account.
